I went into my appointment very nervous, but as soon as I started asking questions I felt at ease. Kirsten made me feel so calm, and any questions I asked she answered eagerly and straight to the point. If I think about getting any more piercings I will absolutely be back here. 10/10, I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
